Pure ratios, angles, and finite source words

Reader rule: These can be audited without a numerical SI ruler. Their uncertainty surface is the source theorem plus the external comparator covariance.

Examples: source-only SI endpoint, non-G micro-ruler, completed address-capacity numerical origin
Reader rule: This is an open research target, not a hidden weakness. Dimensionful claims should point here instead of burying the condition.

What would close it?

A non-circular completed-address certificate for the absolute ruler.

The clean closure is not another successful dimensionful fit. It is an internally declared source certificate for the absolute A5-X / completed-address ruler that does not import observed G, fitted SI mass scales, CODATA back-solving, or laboratory constants as hidden premises. When that closes, the conditional column can be reclassified row by row.
